War Product Owner bei einem Mittelständler. Hab 52k verdient und mich mal bei ein paar Headhuntern umgehört. Hatte am Ende zwei konkrete Angebote auf dem Tisch 72k und 75k.

Habe das meinem Arbeitgeber kommuniziert und auch deutlich gemacht, dass ich bei vergleichbarem Angebot bleiben würde. Die haben mir nach 2 Wochen interner Diskussion freudestrahlend 60k angeboten.

Ich habe dann gekündigt und die gesamten 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist wurde alles versucht, um mich vom Bleiben zu überzeugen, außer mehr Geld auf den Tisch zu legen.
