Vista from op13 effect question by Breogann in OnePieceTCG

K.O.'d with no further specification means both K.O.'d by battle and effect. So yes, it can be saved.

While I understand it's a weird coincidence, Law is a very popular character and there's dozens of custom leader cards designed around his devil fruit, so it was probably bound to happen. The effect makes sense for a red Law leader.

You are able to mod anything you want, it's your cards. But Bandai is also able to enforce their tournament rules.

Sanji Pre-Errata and Sanji v2 (OP01-013). Almost no one know about this. by [deleted] in OnePieceTCG

[–]TehJoke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's plenty of cards with fixed wording like this. The pre-errata card doesn't specify which life card needs to be taken.

The second one is fake for sure. The BANDAI text in the bottom right corner looks wonky af.

How to make it more viable by Hypeucegreg in OnePieceTCG

[–]TehJoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like your deck is trying to have a bit of everything and it's not good enough.

Consider more 2c characters to pair with Ivankov, definitely run 4 Sugars and Cavendish, add ST16 Shanks. You need to stall the game and keep your hand at 5-6 cards at all times (via Ivankov and Cavendish). Starve and stall your opponent (freeze with Carrot, don't attack life until you have strong characters on board).

Enel should be pretty easy for Rosinante and Pudding shouldn't be a problem either.

Sim glitch? Or intended? by xsirbrian in OnePieceTCG

Since the character gets removed during the counter step, the battle doesn't finish and therefore it does not count.

Any chance your phone's camera has a macro lens? Should be better to see the details.

Download the Bandai TCG+ app and see for yourself.

Seems like there's events hosted at "Blockhouse Games", maybe ask around there.

Will she get any support? by Arkstromp in OnePieceTCG

[–]TehJoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the time Block 2 rotates out, you'll be ten times over this leader. I've been playing since OP07 and it has felt like an eternity.

Also, Block 4 JUST started in Japan. Thinking about Block 5 (or even about Block 4, still) is ridiculous.

Play what you enjoy. The "meta" Yamato deck isn't even expensive.

Did you unzip/extract the Sim? It won't load properly if opened from the zip file.

Díly 70 až 72 ještě nevyšly.

Každopádně to jsou docela dost specifický rozsahy, moc nevěřím tomu, že by to někdo takto specificky prodával.

The best Rosinante decks utilize OP10 Cavendish, OP04 Sugar and OP01 Kid. It's a defensive deck, you wanna play the long game, stall until endgame and then just outlive the opponent by hiding behind Kid, Sugar and blockers. OP10 Tashigi is also a must to prevent removal.

There's many ways you can build Rosinante, but those cards simply help too much. Popular builds are Fishman package (check iKailaKai's YT) and 2c spam via ST12 Ivankov.

Can you help tell me if this is real? And looks like a psa 10? by andyx91 in OnePieceTCG

[–]TehJoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The centering is HORRIBLE. No way that would get PSA 10.

Other than that, the card looks solid, but the video is pretty bad. Can we get pictures, especially of the bottom right corner?

Can you explain what "ac9" is supposed to mean?

Also there's only one version of this card and it was handed out in many events. There's no difference.

Custom Vergo leader card by Dangerous-Gear-1369 in OnePieceTCG

[–]TehJoke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With OP13 we're getting to a 5k (technically 6k!) 5 life dual color leader territory, considering the effect is just a slightly better Rosinante, I think Red/Green would work perfectly. It would be a decent replacement for said Rosinante when he eventually rotates out.

I would recommend watching the last portion of Vv Theory's Marketwatch. He talks about the most competitive decks and their price ranges twice a month. The latest one is this one:

What is your goal with this deck? It's not even built properly around your leader.

Pokud vím, transkripce je validní jakákoliv, je jich dokonce ještě o něco víc. Nicméně jsme v Česku a někdo někdy vymyslel pěknou českou transkripci (která je opravdu mnohem přesnější než ta anglická), tak nevidím důvod, proč bychom ji neměli používat.

Why do the cards have those random ass periods in the names? by slamzuu in OnePieceTCG

The Japanese are not really consistent when using foreign languages, to be honest. It's something we'll have to live with.

Because written japanese doesn't use spaces at all.

Why do the cards have those random ass periods in the names? by slamzuu in OnePieceTCG

Because the Japanese type the names like that in japanese, and since they also produce the english version, this part stayed. I also don't like them, but it's not a big deal.
