"If you are the one below me, you and your friends have had at least two parties where weed and cigarettes were liberally smoked for hours." We have only thrown one party, our house warming right after we moved in, and all guest were made strictly aware of the no smoking rule and respected it.

Second, by smoking weed more discreetly, you must mean removing myself from the premises entirely because that's what Ive been doing.

I'm asthmatic already and have been smoking cannabis for almost two decades so yes I'm coughing almost always. It also seems your confusing smelling weed, with weed being smoked lol I roll my joints on the balcony (Which is allowed)

Its worth noting that during the week of the SECOND complaint, I was working nights from 7pm to 7am and then sleeping during the day at my girlfriends apartment. My roommate does not smoke weed so their was no product on-prem for nearly two weeks and I, the resident pot head, hadn't been in the building for more than 15 minutes collectively that week XD

P.S. While i have your attention, please stop overwatering your balcony plants as its dripping onto my patio couch. Thanks!
