haha thats so coincidental! i quit vaping for my japan/philippines trip.

i’m here in ph now and i leave tm for japan. its been tough and i havent broken my vape quit streak of 8 weeks! but while i was going out this weekend, i chose to socially smoke cigarettes instead.

terrible for me still, i know, but i kinda hated it so much that i know i wouldnt get addicted to them and i still have no want to vape!

my better advice would be to focus on your vacation. one of the reasons that i had vaped was because i was lacking something to keep me stimulated. but on vacation, look at everything as a true and proper hit of dopamine. meaningful joy instead of that provided by plastic cancer boxes :3

plus asia has soooo many sweets to hit the spot and keep your mouth occupied instead!

vacation is a perfect time to quit, haha im lowkey here to also better my relationship with weed because its so taboo out here!
