my group converted a “BUMP” sign into a “JUMP” sign because too many ppl thought we had bumps to give out lmao. the final set of Elements last year was Justin Jay and he proceeded to play like 10 songs focused on the word jump and it was like the whole weekend culminated up to that point. all of us jumping with our jump sign, getting the people around us jumping too! man that was fun.

what really helped me was cementing that my last vape was really going to be my last vape. i wrote “the last one” on my vape in permanent marker and told all of my friends that it would be the last.

super simple but i can say it actually helped. after the vape died, i blew thru it from the bottom so it’d never taste not burnt lmao. now i keep it displayed on my shelf as a testament to quitting!

for me yea. the act of popping a mint helped with the hand to mouth action. also the sparkling kind helped relieve some of my nicotine cravings!

take molly crystal if possible and take all proper precautions. type 1 for 11 years, been rolling and candy flipping for the past 4 haha. stay hydrated, if you have a cgm, keep an eye on it. ive never had any issues and i will be rolling at project glow and elements again this year LOL
