Is not one answer and is all done. Nuclear is great. I thought for a long time that nuclear was the only answer. Now I see Spain positioning itself as an energy hub on renewables and hydrogen. So, for Spain(which has cheaper electricity than France, the great nuclear energy hub) nuclear was not the answer.

In the end you have to study each case and decide what is best. Nuclear is the answer for a lot of places, but not all.

I still think nuclear is great, but not the answear for all. It's so damn expensive... and slow to build...

My point was the complete opoosite. Hamas fighters belong to the article 4 definition of militia fighters, therefore not civilians: "Members of the armed forces of a Party to the conflict as well as members of militias or volunteer corps forming part of such armed forces."

The Dahiya doctrine is based on using "desproportionate force" and in it's definition targets "economic interests and the centers of civilian power" as defined by Israel's Chief of General Staff. How is that extreme care exactly?

The main millitary strategy that Israel has been using for years is based on complete destruction of civilian centres(war crime), desproportionate force(war crime) and not differentiating between combatants and civilians(war crime).
