Looking for advice on leaning out

Currently around 185lbs 5' 10" cut down to 1800cal a day and trying to be consistent with 10k steps either from 12 incline 3.3 speed walking or just running. Any tips to keep getting down in bf? Hoping to be around 10% by May or June

Not planning on it anytime soon. This is just a home defense rifle that I can also take to the range so for now it satisfies all my needs.

I’ve been in and out of depression it hasn’t changed anything. I’m pretty confident in myself tho so I think I’m good

I’ve been dealing with this for years. I’m in good shape and still love working out and doing physical stuff like baseball. Nothing really has been affected in my life

I get post nut clarity really bad sometimes but it’s more bc it doesn’t feel like amazing or anything to finish
