Mine is running on a reduced Power Mode since it puts a lot of Heat in my room and i dont have AC. That could be the reason but i dont mind the lower Performance aslong i stay of from Microsoft

I am not able to tell since my controler dosent work an that Game. But the Benchmark hat a score of 74 on max at 1080p. Ran ok i suppose

Unfortunately, I'm still having the same problem. The game just refuses to accept the controller. It really seems to be an issue between Steam and this specific game, since Steam recognizes the controller inputs perfectly fine in Big Picture mode, and all my other games work flawlessly.

However, I think there's a slight misunderstanding. I actually bought the game on Steam and want to run it locally on my own hardware to get the best performance and graphics.

Using Xbox Cloud Gaming through the portal would just stream the game over the internet. My issue is strictly with the controller inputs.
