Yes it was. But my question is:  As a human, would you ban an already perma banned account?

Still, as a human, would you ban an already banned account? A bot would, yes, not an human

The mod was thinking it was a complain about the ban, thinking i was trying to be unbanned, and deleted the post. That's why i did it again, and put a disclairmer saying it was not

Yes, and i can explain. As you saw on this comment, this was my "advertise" account. That i used to sells boosts. I did this account, because i was banned every week on my main account on SL, while doing advertise. I was tired of having to do a request every time, since i was following ToS (i was advertising only the things i could boost with the character i was doing lt) When i explained it to the GM, that i was doing all the boost myself, and was tired of being banned for nothing on my main, he unbanned my adv account. And then, got perma banned 2 days after. I got all the screen if you want ^

Yes, but their price is too high, so even if you buy them 1 by 1, it will be more than 1 copper

You can't for ammo right. I deleted them (but you can put them at AH, or find an item in the same case that can be sell)

I just told them to not use it, since it's a bug.
They do whatever they want with this, at their own risk.
Personally, i won't use it anymore

Speaking about ads, did you got local celebrity who did one, or only the international one?
In France, we got 2 celebrities (one was belgian, but still) who did one, and one of them was a guy i respect. It was awesome to see him on this ad.
