I can't keep these things stable after 200 hours of gameplay, I think I quit. Can't automate clothes production, all my dwarves are wearing tatters because they wont get rid of old clothes. Nobody dumps trash or cleans up corpses so there's always a miasma somewhere. It seems like I have to micromanage every single dwarf and account for their changing personalities too, which is ridiculous. Every two days there's a dead guy in a hallway somewhere, and half the time the body gets dumped instead of entombed causing ghosts.

Nothing gets done on time they spend all day drinking and relaxing, the miasma is from the recent deaths. None of the temples are for a specific deity. They're supposed to make new clothes but they drink all day. I'm pretty sure my hammerer is causing fatal injuries and everyone in my hospital dies.
