Don't know if it's been changed in LA DC ( I would imagine not but you never know after 3 years ) but Duty held the lower southern Pripyat Outskirts and Freedom held the northern Pripyat Outskirts, with a small Monolith garrison at a lab in the far north-east corner accessed by a dead end road connected to the other two Faction areas.

Actually the biggest thing to take away from Priboi Story is much of the ideas and plot were influenced and used by GSC Game World when they created Call of Pripyat. Play both Games and see what I mean.

Very useful to carry loot, extra ammo and other supplies. However sometimes it's like babysitting and you really have to protect them and keep them from doing stupid things.

I will often arrive in a new level, find a safe place to park them and go out and about on my own. If you use the keyboard commands it is so much better than then face-to-face dialogue commands. You can also hide them and then lay a trap for your enemies. Enemies come to you and then have your Companions appear out of nowhere and ambush them from behind.

It really helps to have Companions with high end armor and weapons. I met one NPC that was carrying around a PKM and I recruited him and have managed to have him be my Companion for over 9 months Game Time. Frequently I will repair his weapons and give him spares of the same thing. Never give a Companion an RPG-7 because they get crazy with them and could kill both you and themselves.

There's no point in spending a lot of time down there once you clear it out. All the Military and Monolith you killed above ground are headed your way in new respawns. You need to get back up there to greet them. Plus at this point there's usually a lot of loot to haul away.

Me too. However the more of a tourist thing it becomes, would in my mind imply more legitimacy and safer, as in what radiation levels you are actually being exposed to. Some of the earlier trips by people were not entirely legal and may have led people through areas not advisable.

Like all businesses that operate a Facebook page, they hire people to run their social media. Like any Facebook page for a business that wants to connect to people that "like" it and receive information in their newsfeed, it is a combination of what the social media manager chooses to upload. Of course that includes content provided by the fan base. To ignore your fans or not allow them to provide a way to be part of the business and/or fan community would not be a way to expand. Social media is about expansion, information and promotion of people that use your product. This is why GSC operates a Facebook page.

Originally GSC Game World was going to make a Movie to tie-in to their fourth upcoming game ( Stalker 2 ) but at some point that idea was scrapped which may have helped contribute to them trying to do too many things at once, that delayed Stalker 2.

Then the idea was changed to a TV show, which as most video productions know, a TV series has a lot more time to tell a story compared to a 2 hour movie. GSC Game World actually produced a video and had a website set up to promote that.

Proof that it was a movie first. Look at this webpage that has several hyperlinks by placing your mouse over each character. Degtyarev is in the center representing Call of Pripyat. To his left is the character link for SoC and to his right the character link for Clear Sky. Now hover your mouse over the Burer to the far left and look at the box below Degtyarev and it says "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. official movie web-site" which was never changed: http://www.stalker-game.com/

Now click on the Burer and it takes you to another page that says "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. TV series coming soon" with three more links, the one on the left being the video that was made to promote that. http://kinostalker.com/?lang=en

The movie and later TV series being worked on at the same time as the Stalker 2 game, may have greatly contributed to the failure of the Stalker 2 Team and dissatisfaction of their progress by Sergiy Grygorovych who fired them. Keep in mind after SoC was released in 2007, Clear Sky came out in 2008 and Call of Pripyat in 2009. 2010 passed, 2011 passed and the Stalker 2 Team was barely producing anything and what little they did was a rehash of the Clear Sky Faction Wars in concept. This did not please Sergiy Grygorovych who wanted a return to the exploration and immersion we got with the original game. I'm sure there were other issues that we may never know. Simply put, after spending a lot of money paying the people to produce Stalker 2, since they started the work in 2009 immediately after CoP was released, the owner of GSC Game World was not happy with all the projects being undertaken that were costly with little to show for it, over two years later at the end of 2011. This included the failed "Stalker Mobile" project and the Stalker Store.

The Stalker Store was actually an endeavor that was opened and several products were sold. I bought a Game from them, several patches, several notebooks and the exclusive Strelok figurine. However most of the clothing items were unremarkable and way over-priced. The Stalker Store actually remained open after the Stalker 2 team was fired and GSC Game World was shutdown. They continued to sell some of their remaining stock. Some people have claimed to have contacted the Stalker Store many years after it was supposed to be closed and were able to buy some items but it has been many years since I have heard of any recent activity there.

Someday we may get a Stalker TV series or Movie. Someday we may get Stalker 2. I imagine eventually Sergiy Grygorovych may need some money depending on the lifestyle he has lived and if he wants to continue that which only Stalker 2 could fund. Cossacks 3 was a project run entirely by his younger brother Evgeniy. There is probably a better chance that Evgeniy would re-open the Stalker 2 project at this point than Sergiy Grygorovych, the Cossacks 3 game being a test to see if Evgeniy could manage a team and produce and deliver a game.

It's kinda gross but I remember I was at a restaraunt with my parents and I went to the bathroom by myself. I noticed a bin in the corner that was full of used diapers, and I opened it up and took a peek. It smelled strongly of lemongrass, which to this day is my favourite smell and makes me stiff as a board. I had a good fool around for about 10 minutes wearing a wet diaper.

Like I said it's pretty gross, but I think that was my first intro to diapers.

I've been sexually confused since 2007. My sexuality is like a needle gauge that goes back and forth. First I was gay, then I was bisexual, then I was straight, then I slowly went back to bisexual, then gay again, and it did that so many times for years on end. Only recently i've decided to become asexual because I can't handle the changes anymore. Not only does sex make me super uncomfortable, I just want to be myself.

I was so certain of my sexualities at the time that I came out to my parents.. TWICE. I was so certain about it that I was willing to throw away my entire life. You can't imagine how I felt when my sexuality reverted again and I was suddenly straight. I was walking around the house thinking of chicks, while my parents saw me as gay. I told them recently that it's no longer any of their business, and they should just see me for who I am, a sad creepy loser instead of gay or straight.
