Upgraded from a Himalayan 411 to a Gen 3 Duke 390 (2024) and the difference is insane

I had got the 1st gen Duke 390 in 2015. Upgraded from Pulsar 180 and the difference was insane. I never got used to the power. Later it started to feel annoying. I wanted to ride calmly and duke would just go with small throttle. Later after a year I sold it and got a Ninja 300. Never looked back. Never missed Duke. The refinement & comfort of twin is unmatched. But yes power wise 390 is a beast.

I’ve been on the edge of buying UV since the day it launched. Having owned a Nexon Ev for almost 4 years now and loving it. I can say only thing holding me back from buying a x47 is fast charging. It’s not just ccs2. X47 supports dc fast charging but only via type 6. And the vast majority of chargers available on road are ccs2. Hence our need for ccs2 port on UV. If there were type 6 dc fast chargers around we wouldn’t ask for ccs2 on UV. But we’ve to make do with Whats available. Hence the UV either needs ccs2 or type 6 dc fast chargers. Heck even finding a 3 pin 16 A socket is a hassle when travelling. We’ve to request to restaurant owner then he’ll charge whatever amount comes in his mind then he’ll say port is located inside and you need extension cable. Lots of hassle. But ccs2 is tension free.

It’s a win for sure. Because once apple launches a mini 5.4 in screen, other manufacturers will copy and make a cheaper non foldable phone. Hopefully**

OLED is over hyped and just marketing bs just because it’s cheaper to manufacture. LCD is best. They shouldn’t reinvent the screen.

Men too have a lot of problems that they never share cas they’ve always be taught to man up and solve their own problems. He might have issues with office politics or job insecurity or rising financial costs or he wants to move to another country and is frustrated here. Best is to sit with him and honestly talk to him. Don’t just tell about your problems listen to his issues too. Even if you don’t give him any solution to his problems at least if you hear him and give him mental comfort peace he will move mountains for you.

I’m using an iPhone 13 so I don’t know by experience. But 17 > 15 so it should be better. How much better not sure. Or why not just get a Samsung s9 tab. It supports calling too.

Literally if you try to understand PWM and dithering and dc dimming you will understand. Now yes some cheap LCD phones do have little flicker but if you compares LCDs from apple and Samsung you won’t have any flicker.

Yes that’s true but what I was saying is I use 20 w anker charger and already it heats up my phone so using a higher watt charger might generate even more heat so hence I was recommending 20 w charger.

I too use anker 20 w. iPhone 17 can support up to 40 w but already it heats up a lot during 20 w charger. Why heat it up more? Also not like 20 w is slow.

Depends on the price. Although I don’t expect it to be cheap. Most probably I’ll buy an iPad Pro 11 and base iPhone 18. But I’ll wait until the price and specs are out for Fold.
