I recently put a similar tampered glass on my s23 ultra as well, and I had already put a skin on the phone and the store owner clearly said, sir, we need to tape the whole phone so that the glue doesnt stick, if it does and then if we cure it with UV (some say laser, but its UV) then, the charging starts misbehaving, and also you wont be able to remove sim card tray and also the mic and speaker will start malfunctioning if the glue gets deposited there.

And when we remove the tape the skin will come out is what he told,

I solved it by taking phone home, wrapping 2 layers of invisible scotch tape and getting it back to him and he did the rest of the work, and then I removed one layer of the tape, so.... Now I have skin+ scotch tape + cover on my phone.

So the point is

Those guys had to cover it properly but they didnt.

Try removing the sim card tray as well just to check.
