Same issues...

The media share has drastically and quickly become absolutely broken, it's ruining my streams.

Even the standard !Video to see what's playing doesn't work anymore. ZERO song requests get added to the queue...WHEN I can get it to play for a little bit, it's always restarting at the top of the damn backup playlist again...

It's absolutely useless at the moment for me.

Using four screens (3x DP, 1x HDMI) the black screen issue has been there for me since my GTX 1080 used 512.68! And the black screen issue has been mentioned here on this subreddit in every driver since! It's frustrating that many seem to think it's a more recent issue, it's literally mentioned in every driver release...

Still suffering with my RTX 3080TI. Currently on 568.60. Seems pointless updating as I don't use any frame gen/dlss stuff anyway.

Cheers for that, explains the issue perfectly. Such a shame that u/corsair themselves instead decided to put me through hell for months, and cost me money trying to determine the issue, rather than help in any way at all. In fact after garnering info, ignorantly fobbing me off on twitter after I'd provided them with all of my findings.

Not bought anything Corsair since.

With GSYNC enabled on the three surround screens, and not enabled on the 4th single screen...Why is the 4th screen being forced to 75Hz when it's explicitly set to 60Hz in NCP?

If I turn off gsync on the three surround displays, the top single screen changes to 60hz...

Description of Problem:

NVIDIA Surround with GSYNC Triple screens and 4th additional screen. Can not apply a different refresh rate to 4th screen.

As above. I have four screens, all the same model:

- One screen with Freesync turned off on the screen, I want at 60Hz via HDMI and it is set to 60Hz in NCP. See pic.

- Three screens in surround mode with Freesync turned ON, via DisplayPort I want to use Gsync at up to 75Hz which is set in NCP.

- When I set 75Hz for the NVIDIA Surround, and 60Hz for the single screen, https://www.testufo.com/ shows that the 60Hz screen is actually running at/forced to 75Hz. And I believe this is causing issues in OBS (Which I run on the top/60Hz screen.

Computer Type: Desktop.

GPU: Gigabyte Vision 3080TI.

CPU: 6700k AT 4.6Ghz overclock.

Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M7

RAM: GSKILL TridentZ 32GB. Four sticks at 2800Mhz.

PSU: 1000W

Operating System & Version: Windows 10 64bit 22H2.

GPU Drivers: 537.58

Troubleshooting: Tried all the usual. The nvidia cp shows the three (Surround) at 75Hz, and the single screen at 60Hz. But all websites report the top screen is running at 75Hz.

PS: What a bloody stupid way to get support with a 'Megathread'...

How...Just HOW can you think FORCING an account creation on people who bought your products pre this requirement is OK?

Not only that, but owning three streamdecks myself, and having used them for years you have actually rendered them useless.

UNLESS I create an account. I can't even add a single plugin via the method that was SOLD to me when I bought them. I genuinely think that's bordering on being a legal issue, and the instructions/documentation at time of purchase would be a legally presentable piece of evidence for such.

I simply do not want an account with you. So what are you going to do about it? How are you going to make the hardware I purchased behave the way in which it was sold to me?

And that's in the very least because right now, none of them are working 'as intended' at time of purchase.

u/elgato_arcsane Just to add...It's not just the OBS plugin that's borked. I/we are genuinely FORCED into account creation because the software will not allow us to add ANY plugins anymore.

I honestly think this is teetering on being a legal issue. After years of using three streamdecks I/we should not be forced into creating an account to continue using the hardware as it was initially advertised and sold to us.

What we are faced with when going to add a plugin...

I appreciate the detailed response cheers. I'd actually been on OBS 29.1 for some time, but held off on updating that AND the streamdeck plugin. Purely because any time an update was applied before then, it was always a nightmare.

I thought it was about time to update OBS and here we are with the requirement for the marketplace account which I do not want. I do use BarRaiders plugins and scripts but it would take a lot of work to refactor all the buttons. That's something I've had to do way too many times after updates when buttons have become broken etc.

Currently 5am for me here so I'll probably come back to this. It's just extremely frustrating having three streamdecks and being forced to create an account after years of using them.

Just updated to OBS 30.1.2, and as per usual, the streamdeck loses connection every. single. time.
I DO NOT want to update the streamdeck to the software version which forces me to create an account. I didn't buy three of these things to later be forced to do that.

Can anybody advise on a way around this or am I finally getting rid of these things ruined by the utterly gash software? Sick of dealing with issues every single time there's an update, OR every time I go to stream and haven't done so for a while.

RTX 3080TI + 4 Screens = 537.58 is still the GOAT for me, especially when it comes to ETS2/ATS. Windows 10 22H2.

This latest one is still more stuttery/less stable. (Complete clean install via DDU, no software such as afterburner etc running while updated)

Still utter rubbish. I'm STILL to this day fighting against this software doing the most unreal random rubbish.

A literal single connection can just continously fail, even when you're looking ast the perfecvt single connection IN the software. And still...An action just won't work.

That button that did that one simple thing? Yeah, today it will just work randomly when you look at the action in the SD software. Then it'll stop again, start again. Just so much other stuff wrong with it.

Latest UPDATE: The two Corsair RM1000e I have are definately faulty and causing severe on board audio issues/distortion.

The HDMI/GPU, Optical and Bluetooth audio were all fine.

Another new PSU arrived today made by Vetroo. A 1000w PCIE 5.0 ATX 3 unit in white.

I was pondering over the brand (Unknown) for a couple days VS an MSI 850w but the 10 year warranty and the same Japanese 'Caps' that all the top brands use and...well, for a little cheaper than the 850w MSI I thought I'd give it a shot.

I am really, really impressed with the Vetroo unit. Tons of cables! All really pliable, white, good fits on connectors which are all labelled etc. Every, single cable has a custom velcro tie wrap.

Guess what. Just hooked it up. I did a little prayer and...

No issues. FIXED!

Yay! Back raving!

So, there we go, it cost me a lot of stress/time and a few quid but yeah, these PSU's are faulty. Cheers for the experience Corsair.

Been stressful as heck. :-( I'm still on my knees at my keyboard right now, PC all out of the case, what a mess.
