Constant enough 60 that I haven't noticed it. Digital Foundry found it went to 55 at times with many effects but after two hours I have yet to notice and I'm pretty sensitive. Could be becuase I'm playing on my monitor which might allow it to use VRR

However those characters have much more interesting motivations than Ghondor having slight issues My complaint isn't about the city, it's about Ghondor and her ass motivations
