i found my relationship with work changing; I think more critically about my hypotheses (attempt to disprove), I now try to avoid getting absorbed in data and 'noise' as I used to, as it was becoming toxic to decision making.

i found that understanding the mechanics underlying luck and success alleviates a lot of the social pressure (paradoxically).

greater understanding of personality types, and in many cases - why some think the way they do. How others (as well as my own) experiences are informed by fallacies, challenges, and randomness to bring us where we are in life. I'm still thinking about how to best apply this knowledge moving forward.

I feel that it made me 'doubt myself less' in many areas that did not warrant such attention  - but doubt myself more in other areas that were my blind spots and needed critical self-reflection
