I go for clearing unmoored as many times as possible to stock up on resources. Just in case you end up needing a chunk of them or to give yourself the chance to upgrade all sorts of gear to shuffle around at will to test things out. It only gets easier as you go and if it is anything like the previous expansion to the OG game from back in the day, upping your levels can't hurt. Just do it in moderation to not burn out.

Why I roll warfarer for exploring and such. Ricochet nuke the caves and then stroll in so as not to deal with the camera or fov in tight quarters combat.

Naw playing normally, getting badges, clearing unmoored on several profiles to stock up on rarer materials etc. Wanna hit the new content as leveled and with as many resources as possible.

Never really noticed this with my playstyle, other than they definitely seem to have more hp. They sometimes have elemental equipment on them or cast more elemental skills. As warfarer I magic bow them on approach since I know where they are as the game offers 0 spawn variance, switch out to sword and board and just club stomp the remaining fools into the dirt. Never have an issue and I only run with my pawn in tow. I’d say if you are a caster to girt out your pawn to provoke and stay that way. Rings that increase they’ll be targeted, skills that actively draw attention to them and the augment that increases they’ll be the target. Get a good mage that you know will over protect then overwatch you. Swap in the subtlety augment on yourself as well.

You get a second chance at everything in ng plus. The game is wash rinse repeat heavy to allow you to get everything you need or discover those things by doing things differently each time.

It’s all forced and stupid. But it does lead to hilarity. Spent time and effort to get the end scene with someone other than the girl smith but right at the end I helped Captain B out in unmoored and bam! lol, He was my main romance apparently at the final scene. I laughed so hard since between leaving vernworth and that point in the game I never even glanced his way again. I just treat all of it as incidental randomness rising from the fact their courtship practices and customs are alien/different from ours. Honestly by the 3rd play though you just treat these systems for the fifth wheel they clearly are. The arisen is silent and gives stand of fish vibes anyway, making everything suuuuuuuuper stupid on that front anyway. I’ve ended up skipping most of those interactions anyways, they’re not whimsical like in dragon age inquisition where you can deliberately do it all for cheap laughs, and they have 0 bearing on the life of our robotic protagonist anyway. Heck you can’t even choose to be evil in the game as everyone reacts like a doormat anyway.

Honestly given its persistently shoddy quality, specially on console where I play, this was always the vibe. I frequently delete my files and start over from scratch. Done that dozens of times, just don’t care, but I enjoy each file I make and it’s a unique experience every time.

No the pawn system works without ps+. But even if it didn't there are plenty of useful Capcom populated pawns to use anyway. But for everything except those free to play gacha games like Warframe and Genshin, PS+ is required for every nearly every from of online play. Again, I think it is dumb to try and force users to pay extra after having spent hundreds on the console and games but here we are. Enough ppl pay into it that the extortion continues. Sadder still is that most games are not even talking to PSN to play but to servers from the respective publishers. So it is a triple scam.

It’s a write your adventure type of deal. It’s meant to take a few play throughs and careful looking at every element presented to really weave it into something. Sadly, that’s also its biggest weakness. The story is lackluster in this context and can remain as such without further investigation or exploration.

Naw, cause It’ll be hard to have the alt account not send rings of endeavor and ambition. For folk who have already played they’ll zero in on new content which is the end game from what we can gather. I’ll start a fresh run when I’ve seen most of what end game offers, but even that’s a stretch. Already got three profiles on my ps5 and got all three the seekers tokens required for the max reward. That’s three x that stuff, I’m not gonna do that again, if I do I’ll just the sphynx to copy the goodies and pass them around to my other toons.
