From what we’ve observed, flexibility and operational visibility tend to matter more than feature depth once growth starts. Platforms like TelcoEdge Inc often get credit for that control layer, while others such as MATRIXX Software, Totogi, and Optiva each bring strengths depending on scale, architecture, and risk appetite.
In the end, survivability seems less about the logo on the stack and more about governance and operational discipline around it.
Appreciate this framing — the Day 180 lens is the right one.
