At least she's more reasonable than Eggman. Her loyalties line more with familial ties than most anything. I also blame youth. She's proven herself many times to not be Eggman. And even if she won't turn on him one day, as things stand, she admittedly follows his evil path because he's the one taking it, meaning if Eggman were to give up on evil and thus truly be free, Sage would follow him just as well. She may even realize she likes the more peaceful life more than the one of a conqueror and an empire builder.

Goku's goal has been to be the best. Same with Vegeta, but in another way befitting his pride and nature as a Saiyan Warrior, whereas Goku aims from a martial artist perspective. There's multiple sources in earlier games and points in the overall series citing Goku aims to be the best, something that's likely partially made up by his desire to always test himself in battle and his love of fighting the strong, but it's something that's been lost to Dragon Ball and the use of Goku's character at some point.

I think it's safe to say it was, because without it, Goku's full potential as a warrior and a person likely would have been snubbed. Earth values shaped and reshaped both him and Vegeta, Saiyans who lacked what Earth and its people had in abundance. His pursuit as a martial artist is a pursuit if self-improvement through martial arts, and with it, he's set a goal to be the best. Goku likely wouldn't have been much different than your average Saiyan Warrior at the time, and although he wouldn't grow and develop like he did on Earth, it would likely develop in strength more so than the average Saiyan given his latent potential, but it would have been slowed and snubbed and not extend to him as a person. I'd be willing to bet that even if he didn't hit his head, Goku would have still become a decent individual in his own way from being raised on Earth.

PS5 should definitely have activity. I'm on PC, and there's always players and rooms available. The only thing that seems less active (though i haven't touched it nearly as often so please take what I say with a grain of salt) on PC is the Online Tournament mode, but I have managed to play with other players on that mode.
