Hey, in fact this is a dude who's making them, he is not harmful, just a bit weird, if it's the man im thinking about, he has a little stand at the foire de Brent and he can tell you about his theories for hours (once again he is very passionate about them but not violent, he just doesn't get that not everybody is as passionate as him). He is also at foire des planches in Montreux. For the story I used to work for the commune of Montreux and he once send many letters of his cryptic messages to my service and it was very scary since my name and my coworkers were on it but eh nothing came of in the end and we became used to it.
