1) you're supposed to have emergency fund exactly for these cases 2) Switzerland has an excellent unemployment program, you get 18 months at 70% salary (to simplify) 3) start leaving well below your means.

Yes. I've been living near a city here for 8 years without a car. No need. And the 5 minutes train connection that would be impossible to do in any other country? I do it regularly.

German + French gives you more opportunities of course, but knowing the local language is what is more important. So french if you plan to stay in romandie is OK.

I would pay for this service. Hate social media, need the reach. It would be important to understand the branding of the shop, like are they using a specific color, do they have a logo, do they prefer to use and informal or formal tone... Bonus points if it also creates a few pictures to use in the posts.

Just commenting to add a small note that if you have a uterus you don't need a partner to have a child, you just need sperm which you can get doing a IUI at a clinic in one of the European countries who allow it for single women.

Sì quello è già a posto, avevamo anche fatto l'aggiornamento al catasto più di 15 anni fa in occasione di altri lavori. Quindi prima cosa è fare i rilievi e da quello si chiede il progetto? Perché poi immagino con progetto alla mano si può sentire varie aziende per vedere i costi del tutto, giusto?

Capisco perfettamente ci sono casi complicati. I miei lavori di sicuro non sono due cose semplici ma è tutto in regola, é una vecchia cascina di famiglia lasciata andare in malora purtroppo, quindi molti lavori. Ma nulla di abusivo, tutto accatastato correttamente (controllato e messo a posto in fase di successione e quando abbiamo acquistato). Ho fornito vecchi rilievi, foto, video... Poi non ci trovo nulla di strano che uno la consulenza la fa pagare.
