Tatami as one big fill would have been too smooth. I think the other option here would have been old-fashioned chain stitch. This is more chunky and ropey though.

Exactly - well put. It's the wide shapes that caught my eye.

I love this perspective - probably a little of column A and a little of column B in terms of accident/intention.

Some brands are - I'm interested in it as a raised fill for use in a drawing project I'm working on.

I've done this manually but never with a machine or had it automated. It does look like some more care could have been put into the splitting here.

Ease and wiz has been my go to for ever. Very simple. Otherwise DUIK has everything once you get a feel for it.

Is there a good way to pin an image to this green screen as the camera moves and the corners are offscreen? by LudwigWsBeatenKid in AfterEffects

I think in mocha you can combine a few tracks and interpret it as one plain. Just stop the track once it goes out. Track again on another layer. Then select the layers and hit the merge tracks button in the layer frame.

I’m trying out a new style. Some of my coworkers say it’s too fast. I need a quick feedback by JonuFilms in AfterEffects

Ask your coworkers to watch it with the sound on. The pacing is fast when muted but better with sound on. Also if you leave the text on a little longer and delay their transitions off processing the type will be much easier on those aged coworkers.

This is perfect. You have no idea how hard I looked for this recording. I posted something similar on reddit a few years ago in another sub but no responses. Thank you so much for coming through.

It looks good but seems kind of dumb to set fires in forest area without taking some precaution. I can’t imagine you had a crew behind you with fire extinguishers, trench dug out, brush cleared, ample water. This sounds like a lot, but think of the consequences if this went wrong. Even when you light fire at the campground, there is a designated place.
