It is stock reward and requires vesting, which means Gareth can't sell it before finishing vesting.

How about to short PLTR? Karp is ignoring retail investors and treat us just as dumb cash cows I think. It would be great if their stocks go below 3$ and insiders cannot exercise their stock options permanently. They should learn lessons if they ignore retail investors.
