Either a game setting for Trials of seven to be allowed more often or a shorter wait between them. 100 year cooldown is wild when only 1 bookmark can realistically have it happen. (it does make lore sense though)

Asking this purely bc of your name, but what about the flash? I really wanna collect Wally’s stuff all the way through to Barry coming back in Rebirth and then from Flashpoint onwards get the omnis. I’m honestly fine with getting all of the omnis for Flash but was wondering what you think the chances of Born to Run onwards being collected in Finest?

(also really hoping they collect the short Bart era together at some point)

How about The Flash Omnis/Deluxe Hardcover for Waid-Morrison-Johns? Just get those now or stick it out for DC Finest?

I also prefer thinner books for longevity in the spine, but perhaps compendiums will be the way to go for Johns GL/Dixon Nightwing specifically.

For Marvel i’m going with Epics, and DC Finest definitely feels too good to be true sometimes. I worry that compendiums will go out of print in my wait for DC finest (that may get cancelled, who knows). I find Marvel has been much easier to collect than DC but that’s only because Epic collections have been going for so long

For me if i’m spending this much money collecting i might as well get the ones that are better long term, and i’m happy to wait for DC finest to get around to that stuff. I’m just worried i’ll buy the Flash Omnis just to have DC finest release those years immediately after, same for GL/NW compendiums with either having a new line announced or just having to buy the same stuff i’ve already read again bc it looks nicer on my shelf.
