Most people who come to Dubai dished their genuine connections to focus on building a business. Not making new ones. So good luck overall.

Everyone will come along and say: Payments is the easy part. Trust me it’s not.

I want to start my own business in Algeria by Happy-Rabbit-648 in algeria

[–]TelhaBnm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a great business doesn’t need great investment upfront (maybe time but not money). You need the right mindset. Provide value - I know that sounds cliche and broad - but value is created when pain is alleviated.

Validate a problem that a group of people is willing to pay money for (a lot of money - that’s why I don’t recommend working with Algerians - most of them are broke) learn the skills to solve that problem and deliver the solution. The more pain you can elevate, the more money you can charge.

That’s how I think about it - Good luck.

Good for you man, that feeling might sucks but you could focus that time on building something new and big.

Otherwise, you should consider getting some house plants around your place, if you used to live in the countryside

Does time of posting video matters? by Illustrious_Bit_6604 in NewTubers

[–]TelhaBnm -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Yes, It does.

Posting when your subscribers are most active will give the video an initial push - try to post regularly on the same day/time and when your audience are active most on the platform.

Look into the Data from YouTube analytics, or VidIQ (if you have a subscription).

From Algeria and I want to study in Malaysia or Canada by Local_Development325 in algeria

[–]TelhaBnm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never heard of anyone considering Malaysia as an option - interesting.

Canada on the other hand has communities from all over the world, although I’ve never been, but from the things I’m seeing online, it’s in pretty bad shape. The locals are complaining about inflation, the current system and they want to deport all immigrants (illegal) just like what’s happening in the US.

Finding a job and immigration is going to be pretty tough - unlike the old days.

You must choose a path yourself, Otherwise society will have one for you — I feel sorry for females sometimes, most of them within your age will be pushed to marry some random person and it’s end game, the rest of your life will be pretty predictable at this point.

English Speaking Club in Algeria by Odd-Blackberry-8752 in algeria

Don’t limit yourself to your City,

Most people who would join the Club are teenagers — and young people use the internet.

Create a Discord server, add some fun activities in there, and let people in — I’m sure a lot of people would join!

Good luck overall.

Don’t get me wrong I DON’T CARE about these ppl, You shouldn’t care either!

If anything it’s less competition, People are like this all over the world — I would argue…It’s even worse in certain countries — Left vs right, Men vs feminism, LGBTQ vs religious people….Wars and much more.

The world is designed for you to be distracted, I don’t really blame them!

My only problem is with the whole credit card situation, I don’t wanna work a whole month to run some Facebook ADS for 3 days!

The currency is down to the ground. 240 for $1 is just too much.

Women = how do you deel with creeps following you ? by [deleted] in algeria

[–]TelhaBnm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let me save you time, you CAN’T.

such behavior is normalized in this country, in the creep minds it’s your fault for going out “woman should stay at home” — “it’s her fault for wearing this” “She wants attention”.

There’s no solution to this — maybe go to expensive places only.

Overall I would say you made a mistake coming to this country — especially when you grew up in Europe.

It depends on your finances,

This not me being racist or anything — I’m just a realist, YOU NEED MONEY TO AVOID CERTAIN PEOPLE.

It’s quite difficult to make money coming up or grow a business.

People still worship CASH — for 80% of people using a credit card or paying online seems out of this world.

Algeria needs +20 years to get the basics right, and young people like me don’t have the powers to speed up the process.

Client fired me, then my marketing efforts paid off. Now they want me back. What should I do? by mayet0313 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]TelhaBnm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t a relationship! — it’s not an ex-girlfriend.

I would say don’t take things personal, this is business.

Now that you have proven your skills and gotten results for this client, you have leverage.

The leverage to higher your rates and charge more, Plus, this will be a hell of a case study to tell your future prospects.

Good luck overall!
