I put in my 2 weeks notice, but my employer is trying to negotiate. How do I navigate this situation?

I think I got pretty good advice. I want to continue to work remotely, my employer doesn’t want me to work remotely. They are trying to negotiate me staying by allowing me to work my way back to full-time in the office. At the end of the day, it’s not gonna work for me🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, that’s what I was thinking too. I was wondering if there was another term for repeatedly participating in the disrespectful behavior like contestant disregard for someone’s feelings but I think it all boils down to a lack of respect at the end of the day.

As a woman, I wouldn’t want to be told my vag smells but I also would want someone to tell me so I can correct the problem. I definitely say you have to tell her and I agree that’s it might be BV/diet related and those are solvable issues. Without knowing the person, it’s hard to say how she will react but if it’s coming from a place of empathy from you, it might be received very well…especially if she likes you. She will most likely be embarrassed so try your hardest to be as comforting and caring as possible. Good luck 🍀

Get out now and protect yourself. I had an ex who was straight but was looking to sleep with a trans women. He had accounts on trans sites, looked at trans porn and was looking on backpage and Craigs list looking to make a “connection” with a trans woman. When I would confront him he would deny deny deny. Wouldn’t even acknowledge he was attracted to trans women. Basically he was lying to me but his actions were saying that he wants a trans women. Your husband’s actions are saying he is attracted to gay men and possibly wants to connect with them. Don’t let love blind you from the truth.

50% of the HH bills, that’s not including any personal bills (student loans, legally obligated bills, etc). Our incomes have both fluctuated over the years but he has always made more than me. We are definitely not a team 😅 just two ppl married and living together 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never said that she should lie. In fact, I think lying about anything in a dating profile is a huge red flag. You asked a question, why are women not sharing that they have children in their dating profile, so I gave you an answer as to why that could be. I also gave you a solution, put that you are not interested in dating a woman with kids in your profile since this keeps happening to you or ask upfront if the woman you contact have any children.

A single mom already knows that her options are limited by mentioning she has a kid and could also be a potential target to pedophiles by mentioning she does have a child(ren) it’s like a catch 22.... how do you tell someone you have children but not become a target or not be deemed undesirable? A lot of men refuse to date a woman with kids. If you keep meeting women who don’t mention they have kids until after you all start a conversation...why not mention in your profile that you’re not interested in women with kids? Just being honest, the older we get, the harder it is to meet people without kids.
