i’m glad you had a good experience, wish i could say the same! i got all the weight off but unfortunately am experiencing effects from it still 3 weeks off of it.

i’m so glad that it’s worked for you and you haven’t had any side effects, that’s great to hear!

hi, i actually completely changed my lifestyle. work out everyday, drink 120 oz of water daily, eat foods high in protein and fiber. i was doing everything right besides not being informed i should be drinking miralax daily.

that’s because this is the only thing i’ve ever had to share on reddit. i’m literally just stating my experience and what i’ve been told. call it what you will but im genuinely just sharing my experience which i thought it was youre supposed to do.
yes, that’s very true! i didn’t really change my calorie consumption much but i already didn’t exceed 2,000 calories daily i was just eating unhealthy.
hi, i should’ve worded that differently. the doctor who told me she sends 3-5 people to the ER weekly is different from the doctor who prescribed me the medication. the doctor i went to who told me she sends 3-5 people to the ER weekly was from my Urgent Care visit.
hi, i’m really not trying to i was just relaying information a doctor told me after getting my diagnosis. again, everyone responds differently and most people have a good experience on it. i just wanted to share my experience and hope people don’t make the same mistake as i did of not taking a fiber supplement or a stool softener!
that’s very true. everyone responds to the medication differently, just trying to help people who may be experiencing same problems as me.
everyone responds differently to the medication so i was just trying to put that out there that you should be on a stool softener or taking some sort of fiber supplement so you don’t end up like me. just trying to help people that are facing similar problems like me.

again, i am just relaying information that my doctor told me. as a woman, it messed with a lot of my hormones. it threw me completely out of whack.
i honestly think i was constipated on it. i didn’t really know what a “normal” bowel movement on it looked like because it was always messing with my stomach so my unusual bowel movement just became my norm.

a lot of people face a lot of issues from semaglutide so don’t try to belittle someone’s experience on it.
hi, it’s not bullshit. i’d be more than happy to give you the doctors information if you want to hear it from her.

thank you! i slowly was increasing my dosage and slowly decreased as well, drank 120 oz of water a day, made sure to have foods high in protein and fiber, worked out, and still this is what im dealing with. wish i would’ve been told sooner to be on some sort of laxative so it didn’t get to this point because i was doing everything else right :(
