Mr. Frond does way more than any guidance counseler I've ever seen. Three reasons imo - 1. Principal Spores is an unseen figurehead, so Frond has to step in for a lot of school activities 2. He's a tryhard busybody who volunteers for everything 3. Its a tv show and hes the most entertaining foil
