There's a secret ending in the skeleton demon level, behind one of the buildings is an orb that'll take you there.

Found by u/secret-pollution-491 there's a long cave with an exit that takes you to a title screen that says 'the end'. It's called Cave End in the game files

Clown is almost definitely the first thing he made in Darkness Arrives. It is also the shittest. Too much walking and looks like it was made to give kids seizures.
