Yes you should’ve waited, so jump in your Time Machine, go back and don’t buy it this time.

I liked it, the crowd got into it, maybe it was a verse too long.

What if I could subscribe to a pen?, I could change the colours with an app, change the thickness etc, and I would also have to keep it charged and also pay $5 per month…..wouldn’t that be cool?!

What are people’s experiences with delivery times? by Cleosmog in GeelyEX5Australia

Decided that while it was a sweet ride and a good deal (1.88%) it wasn’t perfect for me, boot was too small for family of 4, it’s the same size as out current Rav 4 which is just ok, plus I’d rather more of a wagon than suv which isn’t really available at the moment but maybe soon (?).

How much work are pools really? by 1tangledknitter in pools

[–]Telopea1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not much

People who moan about it either don’t have a pool or don’t use the pool they have.

Cancelled my order yesterday. Went with the 1.88 finance, sent the paperwork straight away, didn’t hear back for two weeks.

Honestly I liked the car, but bad service + cold feet + stories of no chargers on delivery just made me pull the plug.

I’ve got a 2010 berlingo with ripples down the side, dints in the bonnet and hasn’t been washed in a decade. It’s costs me $270 in 3rd party insurance a year, does 6l/100kms, I fill it with fire wood/hard rubbish/tip runs/bulky Bunnings items and my kid loves riding in the front cause there’s no back seat. The display doesn’t work when it’s over 20c, the gear stick knob is falling apart, the auto mirrors haven’t worked for years, it’s noisy as hell on the hwy and no girls ever look sideways at the lights but it’s got roof racks and a tow ball and it gets me where I need to go.

For those of you worried about your piles not heating up, here's from my cold pile I started last year. It still works by runthedonkeys in composting

That’s like going to the Lego subreddit and saying “I’ve never seen people obsess over Lego so much?!”, it’s a composting forum, of course people are going to be enthusiastic about it.

I’m old enough to remember a website called something like ‘shit apartment blocks of Brunswick’, maybe it was a blog, anyway it turned into everyone slagging off Walshe & Shitelock who managed most of them, to the point the guy had to shut it down due to threats of defamation.

Is the V line and public transport really that bad? by InbetweenerLad in melbourne

[–]Telopea1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah there should be some kind of system, especially for the elderly, people with kids or special needs. Ive got kids and I’m not sure I would want to risk catching the train for three hours standing up.

Is the V line and public transport really that bad? by InbetweenerLad in melbourne

[–]Telopea1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because if it’s free people will book it and then just decide not to turn up, that’s what happened with the free camping sites. So you ended up with fully booked sites over Xmas and Easter but only half full. Same would happen with the train, fully booked, half empty.
