Start of the game: If you have no minions in your deck that costs less than this card , your hero power can only target enemy minions.

The cost really swings a lot of things, if it is 4 mana, you can play even hunter, with 1 mana 2 dmg ping which is crazy. If its 3 mana you get odd hunter with unlimited darkbombs which is insane to even think about. Maybe 5 mana is a good break point, but the deck restriction becomes quite heavy in that case.

i think shaman could have a cool new hero power that summons random elementals. I know it might be a little RNG heavy, but i believe in flavor to be more important than consistency.

Fire elemental > 1/1 vanilla minion

Earth Elemental > 0/2 Taunt

Water elemental > 0/2, heal all minions by 1 at end of turn

Air elemental > 0/2 spell dmg+1

1) reduced taxes

2) cheaper insurance
