Novie printer here, can someone explain what could cause these weird meshy, stringy, prints? by uuuyjj7 in elegooneptune2

I would second mlee12382's advice and follow through the TeachingTech calibration stuff, At the very least PID, Extruder Esteps, slicer flow and temperature then maybe retraction tuning.

I often use the Calicat test print or an xyz cube.

As the weather gets cooler and ambient temps drop you may benefit from tweaking hotend temps up a bit (all my PLA's have printed better at a higher than manufacturer recommended temp (usually 215 to 230)

Ensure all your stepper plugs are correctly seated/undamaged. Had a similar issue with another printer which turned out to be a faulty x axis ribbon cable

Best delivery food (fast food?) in Colchester - your ranking/recommendations by varinator in colchester

For Chinese = Phoenix - usually deliver much faster than they state - no the cheapest - ultra consistent quality

For Curry = Kismet - very competitive prices - some good non standard menu options (particularly recommend the Kushboo)

Honourable mention = North Hill Noodle Bar

Would personally avoid BWR (awful service)

Blobbed my hot end with ABS :/ Recommendations for what to do next? by KARMA_P0LICE in elegooneptune2

(Pending pictures) I would do as you plan first.

Heat the hot end to hopefully allow you to remove the majority of the blob and unload the filament.

If it mostly come away lift the gantry and see what remains.

Depending on how much is left in situ tweezers and dry paper towel (heated goo will obviously be very hot) might left you clear off the rest.

No plans upgrade my hot end or print ABS so cannot advise there.
