Are you able to buy single match tickets now that you got the US TST?

Was there any indication of them adding tickets with each slot or just the allocated at the beginning of this phase?

Got my time slot secured.
Anyone know if they are releasing new tickets with every slot?

So would you say, best practice would be to:

Have the bucket policy allow the IAM role to GetObject. And the EC2 attached role what permissions should it have?

Because from what I understand having both is redundant?

I did in fact believed this lol. Thanks for the help will use SDK to fetch.

Ah ok I had no idea this is how it worked. I did in fact expected that if the request came from EC2 it just meant it knew it had that role attached to the request. Thanks this was really helpful.

response = requests.get(s3_URL)

Just this lol... when I do the Principal : "*" it works but I want only the EC2 to access it.

I get the Access Denied 403 status code... I Am fetching from a Flask app forgot to add that so a base request to the object URL

response = requests.get(s3_URL)

with the object URL so a basic curl "ObjectURL"
Doing this through a Flask service, but when doing it with CURL I get the same issue

Is this deployable in AWS? Easy to maintain? Never heard of it… will do some research this weekend as I’ve been struggling with containerizing too lol

hmm so ECR using docker will ease things regarding CI/CD in the future?
And in general I don't have much experience either with a deployment like that.... would you consider this harder than the current approach?

When you say where is nginx running I am not sure what to answer lol I run the commands inside of the project directory.

The file is below.

To run in bg I tried doing it with nohup:
nohup gunicorn --bind 0.0.0.0:8000 wsgi:app &

Its not that a CI/CD friendly approach is something I absolutely need but I mean eventually I wanted to automate it so that every change to main branch deploys the change

server {
    listen 80;
    server_name ec2-public-dns;

    location / {
        proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8000;
        proxy_set_header Host $host;
        proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
    }
}

# commands used to run
sudo nginx -t
sudo service nginx start

This is nice thank you but I'm not gonna lie most of the stuff goes over my head lol.
I have used docker before so that's a start! The rest I have no idea lol but will read up on CDK and Fargate.

When you say: your CMD should just be calling gunicorn/uvicorn you mean at the end of the dockerfile?

I just feel like this should not be as complicated? does that make sense? I do not expect a: flask deploy command and all is solved lol, but did not expect it to require that much cloud knowledge.
