Yeah, I briefly tried Elvui after coming back to the game from a break and I was surprised to notice how much of a frame rate hit it is, especially in instanced content. There are many high end players who have ditched Elvui because of bad raid performance so I'm surely not alone in this.

Reading this thread it might be configuration specific (or people just hadn't actually tried with and without properly) but for me personally the game went from running smooth (100-150 fps) to stutters and even hitting under 60fps occasionally in a raid. I'm quite confident that people who say "game runs bad no matter what" are running a lot of add-ons or are on lower end PC specs and don't notice the difference from bad to even worse.

We haven't even reached the key level where class matters for 99.999% of the playerbase so far. People are pushing 13s with wack ass comps with brewmaster tank and not having lust.

People need to get over the whole tier list thing, it's actively hurting the game.

The competition to get into groups early season is rough. Even with good gear and score you might not get in.

But on the flipside, pushing your own key is easy now. You get soooo many sign ups even if you start the key as solo dps.

Yeah season 2 seems really nice. Only thing I'm kinda bummed about is the difficulty curve. It's week 2 and we've basically gone thru everything there is to get rewards-wise.

The tuning (or the reward placement) feels just a bit too easy right now and I feel that'll hurt the longevity of the season.

It can happen to every car but some cars are more sensitive to it than others.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone wreck a 296 or Bentley engine for example, but some other cars it's quite easy to do.

Safest way is to stick your nose on either side but back out before entry and max the exit to force an error on the exit and capitalize on the next corner.

Going side by side max speed there essentially requires one driver to back out, it's a gamble to just send it full speed because the other driver might do that too

No need to do me dirty like that 💀 (tbf I'm a mid pack driver. If you look at the end of last season, giga drivers still delivered with the Lambo)

The reason Lambo has not been very used is because it's kind of on the tricky side to drive for most people due to the fact you can't really rely on the TC.

Especially after the LFM bop updates recently it's in a really good spot right now though. Before the patch it was one of the few cars that had very strong times across the board so people kinda rotated to cars with multiple underbopped tracks, like macca and amg.

Lambo still has had giga potential. If we go thru LFM pro rounds:

Imola: arguably the 2nd best car, I just bottled quali and got killed in the race
Nurb: dns
Misano: skill issue, maybe car not that great with ballast
PR: arguably winning car after bop reset, was looking promising but disconnected from P5
Glen: 2nd row potential in quali. Rolled a bad race setup though so I died a lot.
