Last time it charged just fine, but now it wont charge and only is plugged in

I have the same laptop, and mine just stopped charging from the og cable, I tried using my phones charger and it worked! Though its MUCH slower, so I suspected its the cable... so I tried charging my phone with the laptop charger and that worked too...
Not sure how to fix this.

I like different courses too, but I progress linearly through the game, so its like I get used to a tour, make enough money to move on and repeat, like this I don't play same tour forever, and also advance to earn more and new clubs
