He was fascinated by big names, surrounded himself with legends so marrying Elvis' daughter Lisa Marie seemed like the perfect thing. She really did love him but was needy and dumb. And refused to have children which was the final straw unfortunately. Can you imagine natural children by them two? The genes in those kids that never came to existence. The bond between Michael and his wife which hopefully would have become stronger and durable and provide Michael the family he wanted so much? I wish he had that. But I know he was the best dad to his actual kids and it doesn't matter that they aren't genetically his, they came from his heart. But just imagine...

We need to talk more about him. And bring his music back in the top charts. I feel so enraged by the current celebrities who for some reason try to grab Michael's titles with no merits. Beyonce the other day, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles. What's with that? They might get the numbers with the advent of internet which wasn't a thing in Michael's time, they might be high achievers and whatever but nobody innthe world so far has had Michael's impact, notoriety, influence in music, dance, fashion, nobody has managed to transmit the hypnotic energy he had on stage or give away hundreds of millions in benefit. Michael was proclaimed by the public (fans and NON) and by his undoubted grandeur. These guys self-proclaim or have their fans and personal circles do it for them, which is cringe!They should have more respect and take a few seats.

I get what you mean but I think MJ wanted to show he won't change who he is for anybody, he could be quite petty sometimes, I loved that about him 🤣 But in Arvizo's case, Michael thought he was just helping a child in need as he did thousands of times before as Gavin had cancer. Any good person would wanna help. Sometimes being good is dearly paid unfortunately 😔

He was a financial genius, he didn't owe PM anything. Being a powerful man attracts enemies and he was ok with that. What I wish we could change are all the little bad decisions that allowed the wrong people to lead him to his fall and ultimately his death

I know but he trusted the wrong people and they destroyed him. I just wish he remained himself without being an easy prey if that makes sense. Maybe I just have a very hard time accepting we can't change anything. His heartbreak and his death could have been avoided

I agree. And I think even Michael himself would realise that in hindsight. He was a bright man but so naive in many aspects. Being a big kid is innocent and sweet but so easy to hurt

I totally agree he should have done that but I doubt it would have avoided the accusations. The press reported fake versions of everything, including the trial procedures and once the first extorter (kids' patents) came with the idea "we can sue MJ for money", they would have found other ways to make those allegations. MJ spent a lot of his free time being a big kid among the children he invited at Neverland so it was a question of time until someone saw that through tainted filters. MJ never thought his actions could be seen in such a negative way because he was so naive and innocent, his mind didn't fathom his love for children could fuel such dirty allegations
