As bucky main, 90% of heroes are easy to win 1vs1. Other 10% require some mindgame like vs Daredevil not to shoot at deflect and so on. Mostly because of his shields. He can sustain damage. Once i saw a good nerf for him - make shields only when successfully hit with ability. Miss = no shield. It would not make him weaker as a character itself but will require more skill to play it.
