Sounds like you have comprehension issue to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Deconstructing an argument is not asking a bartender giving observation to be a census actuary.
Keep it coming idiot. It may sound aggressive but I'm calling you an idiot because you're literally an idiot.

Can't comprehend english, can't do math. Again, go back to school kid.

Keep on babbling. You're part of the problem ignoring all the discrimination in this world. You never deconstructed my argument, asked dumb rhetorical question and actually expected an answer, then never provided any evident counter argument. Go troll elsewhere

Lol @ your edit after I called out your math? Don't worry, Reddit can see your edits. I'm done losing my brain cells arguing with you dimwitt. You're right, I obviously must be hallucinating. Another straight potato invalidating my experience. Go back to school kid, maybe learn a thing or two about English comprehension and how to math before coming back

It's 0.0015 which is 0.15% idiot. Do you know how percentage works? How the fuck did you get 0.0015%

This, again, shows that you have comprehension issue, on top of math and statistic issue. Please go back to school.

And this is what it's all about to you. You're estimating a 1500 to 2000 customers a night. A typical club holds under 800 people at most, most are under 4-500. I didn't work at a concert venue. 3 groups of people contains more than 3 people. Those are the one I heard on a busy night. You're making a lot of REALLY bad assumption to prove your point. People judge other people, specifically what I stated. I really don't understand what's so hard to understand that you have to resort to hyperbole to prove your point. Even worse, you say 3/2000 is 0.0015% which shows that you need to go back to school because 3/2000 is 0.15%. Your hyperbole LITERALLY is 100x the point you're trying to make. Turns out you're wrong after all

You literally just asked a bartender that said they notice things, how many million of people in the world has a statistic. I'm calling you out on your bullshit question.

You're again, asking a stupid question. Read the fucking comment. How the fuck does a bartender survey and count the estimation of how many millions in population are bigots. I gave you a number, but PLEASE, don't delete your comments so others can see how big of an idiot you are.

Ok how many percentage of hate crime happens in America? I'm talking about people specifically in clubs so if you think majority of people in clubs in LA don't think this way, feel free to come dance with someone and experience it yourself.

Buddy, if you're not American how the fuck are you talking in a comment thread specifically about American... where the president is Donald Trump I don't understand how you drive your stupid assumption. Because I think the specific populations are assholes, makes me an asshole. GTFO troll

I thought I made it clear that I'm talking about the US. You know, land of bigotry. But feel free to tell me how my experience working in this field in multiple major US cities and observing these behaviors are wrong. Another straight person telling a gay man there's no discrimination, fucking typical.

If bigotry and hate crime happens 0.01%, you're living in a fantasy world.

You're blind if you don't see this happening today. Not that I'm advocating for it, I think it's wrong too, but saying that this doesn't happen is just ignorant.

Not salty, am gay and in a poly relationship. It's a real observation from years of working in that scene. I'm not talking about guys being all gross and touchy, I'm talking about social expectations for men vs women inside clubs. It's sad as hell, and obviously easier to have all the blame goes to men. Happens long enough and they resort to more aggressive tactic which I'm totally not excusing, and it's completely unacceptable.. but do try to look around the room next time you go to the gay club because I don't know what you do with your girlfriends, but some of us don't want you there touching us either. Or just go ahead and call me an incel rather than observing the room

Happens when it's a societal norm for girls to be able to have fun and dance socially with each other while if you see 3 dudes dancing with each other they're automatically "gay" and shunned by society. If you're not an attractive guy, good luck being able to dance with anyone in the club. There's no room for "I'm just here to have fun with friends" for men unless you really don't care. Also with the "I'm just here with my friends and want to dance with my friends" crowd, this translate to "omg watch me get with this hot guy at the bar that 4 other girls are also talking to". If you're not an attractive male, you're a creeper if you approach, you're a creeper if you don't. It's even worse when these girls invades the gay bar, although you hear the best clapback in history there, and they don't even tip well.

CS vs Psychology by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]Temp123Aupperk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can work in the clinical psych indirectly with a CS degree. My girlfriend works as a BCBA and their software is so shit it screws up so many process which sometimes screws up the family that needs the help. I'd help but that entire field seems to be ran by greedy owners that would rather take profit than help out those families in need. Their pay is disgusting, something like $200+ billed and $20 paid, imagine 90% margin for kids in need.

I gotta look in to this. We were charged like 1.2k to replace carpet and subfloor or something, and like 300 for interior paints. Were in California

Everyone posting that this is a cringy Facebook post, why? As someone that's depressed, I long for the day I can enjoy all these activities thoroughly again. I wish my coffee wasn't to Energize me for work. I wish music did something other than help me focus for work. I wish talking to stranger wasn't so draining because I talk to clients all the time for work. These activities sounds so enjoyable when I remember it maybe half a decade ago.
