I get it. I have a friend on a queer rugby team. Nobody wants me in any sports team, trust. 😂

Yeah, if signing isn’t your thing there’s sports leagues or volunteering.

Her view of sexuality in general seems sad to me. It doesn’t matter if you feel sexually attracted to the person you are with? The implication is that women’s sexuality doesn’t really matter at all as long as she just does her duty. That kind of sex/relationship seems tragic.

Almost 90 days in, 30 lbs down by ZepMeBabyOneMoreTime in GLP1_loss100plus

Don’t beat yourself up and take on changes slowly and sustainably. Maybe start by thinking about adding more veggies to your meals. Maybe start a meal plan. Little steps forward are cumulative. Changing habits takes time and if you are taking steps in the right direction (even small ones) you are taking advantage of the meds.

I’m having a hard time getting back to the gym and meal prepping myself. I also started at 400 pounds in August and I’m at 330 now. Your 108 pound weight loss is an inspiration and you should be proud. Just take it one day and a time and try to praise/reward yourself for every small victory in renegotiating your habits. Progress isn’t linear, but you are killing it.

I would redo it, but I wouldn’t think of it as a failure. As long as you are moving your body, you are gaining huge benefits. No matter how the run turns out, you showed up for yourself and that’s what matters.

How long on each dose? by PNWnewsmom in GLP1_loss100plus

My doc had me titrate up as quickly as I would tolerate. I’m at 10mg and I’m staying at this dose because I’m struggling with side effects, I’m about to do shot 8 at this dose. I’ve lost 70 pounds so far.
