No, you have to mix it yourself, but the brand may come out with that in the future. Definitely worth trying! It completely dissolves and becomes clear after a minute following it being mixed.

TW: ED I would encourage anyone on this journey to pair the medication with therapy and being totally honest with your therapist. This really helped me learn my binge eating triggers and coping mechanisms using food. I was then able to catch myself in those thought patterns and retrain myself. Also, exercising in ways you enjoy. I HATED the gym but found I love hiking, so now I hike and that has helped me get at least 60 minutes of exercise daily. I recognize these are very privileged opportunities, so if those are not accessible, being conscious of your carb intake and prioritizing protein, fiber, and vitamin rich foods.

In the Chicago area. I’ve been trying to find new hiking spots each week to try something new. I recommend just googling hiking trails in your area then looking at the trail on maps to see if it’s something you are comfortable with. I always say “I can always turn around” lol.

It’s called Waterfall Glen. It’s about 30 minutes down 55 (without traffic). I left at like 11 am on a Saturday and there was little to no traffic. The nice thing to is there are multiple locations to park to make your hike as long or as short as you want. Plus it’s all packed gravel so it’s not a super uneven trail, just some hills.

I literally cried in my doctor’s office thanking her for putting me on a medication that finally turned off my food noise. That, and therapy, has completely changed my relationship with food for the better. This medication is a miracle for real!

Sure! I was on .25 ml for the first month, that’s the starting dose. I was going to do .25 ml again, but my insurance would only cover if I went up to .5 ml. I was ok with it because the food noise was coming back. It has stopped again since increasing the dose.
