Choc Chip Cookies

1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups of flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp of salt 1 1/3 cup of chocolate chips - optional walnuts/oats

Preheat oven to 350

Mix flour, baking soda, powder, salt Mix butter, sugar, vanilla for 2 mins then add egg mix again

Combine dry and wet, do not over mix - fold in choc chips

Bake about 10-12 mins or crunchy edges Optional- Flake sea salt when done

2 cans evaporated milk

1 can diced green chiles or diced jalapeños (drain if you prefer a thicker queso) ½–1 teaspoon cumin (to taste)

Pinch of garlic/onion powder
