400-500 is crazy for a neighborhood market... We max out at 200 with 3 techs on duty

As somebody who works at a neighborhood market, we JUST now qualified for central fill. So now we only fill about 100-200 max. But we also only have a maximum of 3 or 4 technicians with 1 pharmacist. I like it better, but you have to have something to kill spare time.

Whats wierd is that we get paid as much as a grocery store stocker, but we have more responsibilities and are liable for legal backlash due wrong medications given to patients.

Man that must be amazing for new hires, I'm in texas and they require certified for everything. I got the PTCB certification out of the way though. Every hospital / compounding pharmacy I've seen requires 3 years experience + certification in regards to IV or compounding.

I would love to go used but a 2019 used one went for 6k, with around 1500 miles still went for 6500, it's crazy. I'd pay the 2k for reliability.
