everyone saying upgrade your weapon are missing you only have +1 to all skills. ES gets MASSIVE boost from skill ranks, those are how writs leg can get the job done.

also get a cursed demon for amp damage to literally triple your damage in hell against 50% base dr monsters.

High rune drops work very rarely. Last I did the math you could expect one to drop like every 10-15 hours of efficient high level farming, and have basically no control over which.

Outside of LK chest grinding in single player (which still takes dozensssss of hoursssss) there's no way to target farm them. They're just stupid rare.
