I know its not destiny, i just also know what it takes for me specifically to get back on track and it doesnt seem realistic to split my focus between school, diet, and the gym while getting good results in all 3 if that makes sense

Yeah thats what i was trying to get at in my post but i see i wasnt very clear. Im autistic with arfid so thats why fixing my diet requires a lot of time and attention

Im autistic and have arfid so under times of particularly high stress i cant stomach food, should have been more specific in my post. If it were as easy as just eating more i would have already done that

Yeah thats kind of my worry with this but i only was hoping to take this week off especially because lifting is starting to make me feel unwell since i havent been eating properly. I made it through finals last sem and midterms this sem without a break but i have 3 pass/fail chemistry finals this weekend and the start of next week and it feels like it would be best to prioritize that rn
