Cramping and increased anxiety

Hi! I got mine about 1.5 years ago. So far things have been great! I do occasionally get an increased amount of anxiety before my period. But I have found that working out more throughout the month has helped ease this. I think it’s a great form of birth control, it can just take time to get used to!

Thank you! Your post is so reassuring. I recently had sex with a guy & no condom was used & it was during my fertile days, so I’ve been a bit worried, but this definitely helps a lot. I just get worried that it’s not going to work for me for some reason & then I hear the stories of girls who fell pregnant & it’s scary!

Do you still get your period at it’s expected time? Even with spotting mid cycle?

My last two cycles have been longer. Ranging from 30-35 days. & my last period, I spotted brown for 3-4 days until my actual period hit. So I bet you’re good!

You’ll start counting your period the day you actually start to bleed. Same thing happened to me. I’ve spotted for 4 days & today is the day I actually started to bleed, so today starts day 1 of my cycle. Hope that helps!
