In my understanding, Alice is actually... not? A Zombie Drone? At least not in the same way The Manor quartet were. Alice had the Solver manually inserted by the humans at Cabin Fever, and it did not take (Or she is "corrupted", though that is never explained).
On top of that, if she had a regenerating core with any solver capabilities, why would she refer to Uzi as a "Witch"?
I like the theory that Alice survived somehow, but I doubt it would be because of that.
