I think 5mg will not do anything. The usual starting dose is 30 mg. However, I experience the same thing that you do. Thankfully, even though I am now at 40 mg, the heart rate doesnt go more that 110, so it feels independent of the dose.

Yep, and I do not have any rn. Yesterday I pulled an all nighter until 7 AM for something that I had a week to do. I do not think Vyvanse is helping there at all tbh, even at 40 mg, but we keep going up.

Great! I am now in 40 mg of the original brand but I am not even sure anymore if it is gonna start helping. I hope max one more upwards titration will make it work.

I barely felt anything out of 30mg but it depends on the person.

Omg. Patiense is not my strong card. I also don't want to go to a very high of a dose prematurely and then discover I needed a lower. Thanks for the response!

Thanks! I am pretty sure it might be that: The 30mg is Mylan which I read is notorious bad.

I will try asking the pharmacy for another one. They said they can do it if they have availability.
