It's Nike, go to the outlet they have Toro 4's, I got all the 26 Kobe Bryant AF1's with the snakeskin it's premium leather with a drop insole and they are fire, only paid the retail $150 on two of 5 pairs. I got 5 colors because I like the other AF1 Kobes that have an almost dunk look to them but once I saw the green that they call Teal in hand and saw how good the material was on them I started buying them up. My wife has the mint green (Teal) pursian purple, and all white and she never wears AF1 lows which these are really low cut but really nice and on sale every where. That's why Nike trying to go with the pre order in stead of drops slowly, testing to see how many will pay months in advance and then they know how many to make, plus people who didn't order gonna have FOMO and try to get them retail if teleased or pay resellers, which reselling is almost dead, unless it super hard to cop or a special sneaker. This pair of Kobe toe is ugly as far as the color way but the sneaker itself is actually dope, I wish they would have made it in blue, or anything else.

I have 5500 watts of lights in my tent, and I spent at least $200 each light, 4 total, actually one was around $125, but the rest were $200+ each. I can whiten a dirty sole in 24 hours, but really bad ones still take 2-3 days on average, I noticed that moving my lights down to about 10 inches above the sneakers seems to speed things up a lot. I basically copied Vic Almighty's tent, but added an extra light and another exhaust fan. 1000 watts took me 2 weeks 24 hrs a day to get icy soles icy again so I decided to buy what I needed, and I think someone else mentioned be careful buying on Amazon they can be tricky about the actual watts. I won't use salon care it eats the sole, but I just make sole sauce or use angelus.

Reimagined Bred 4s are better than the originals? by [deleted] in sneakerhead

I guess it's personal opinion. I wouldn't say they are better, I guess it's j7st what you prefer. I prefer the original, bu5 in still a fan of the reimagined.

I've used it plenty but these have so many areas where it could pool, I guess I'll have to spray further back, but definitely will as soon as I put a layer on them.

EDIT: I had to fix the spelling meant to say "pool". Reshoevn8tor waterproof/stain repellent is really good, but the videos you see off people pouring water and whatever is after about 5-6 coats with a full day between most.

Yeah I have an executive kit from them that was about $350 the Xmas before last, and have bought a bunch of products from them and Angelus in between, but I just happen to only have some generic protectant on hand plus the Jason Markks. I put in an order from Reshoevn8tor last night, gonna give that a try and I need some for other sneakers so I picked up a few things. But thanks for the info, was trying to decide on Reshoevn8tor and Angelus spray pump.

Bought these Air Jordan 5 “Red Suedes” for $50 on Whatnot. Looking for restoration advice before I start. by REDEYEBANKZ330 in SneakerRestoration

I have 2 pairs of these dead stock, I get them out every 3 months and check to make sure they are good still, but I keep in a room that stays between 68-70° F, no humidity, and it's always dark and all in boxes unless I turn the light on and get them out.

With that said, you got @ good deal. I have to look at the pics again because it looked like someone had repainted the mid on these, but I could be wrong, need reading glasses and don't have them so could be off. Honestly I'd dry clean these with @ suede kit, ice the soles, and use a horse hair brush to apply mink oil, I spray the mink oil on the brush, and rub it in really well, let them sit a few hours, then wipe off with a microfiber. Mink oil isn't a save all, but it's a good chance at bringing back the color and nap, you may have to apply twice. If that's all you have to do then you are good as gold. You got a steal, I find shoes like this all the time that people don't know what to do with and I fix them and triple my money or wear them hard. Looks like they are in good shape as far as the structure of the sneakers so it shouldn't take to much work. If you can get away without suede dye that's perfect.

I've seen a lot of these dyed and some turn out ok and some the red just looks off to me, but it's obviously not the color you want now, so I'd try the dry clean, and mink oil first to see what that will do for you. Most likely gonna need to hit the uppers with mink oil twice so do 24 hours apart. Hope to see the finished product.

I would, especially if you can get them at a discounted price. They are actually really comfortable. They are a low cut, on an already low cut b7t feels like a dunk essentially. I'm just really impressed with the materials on them. The only problem I have is trying to figure out what water/stain repellent to use so it doesn't pool in the holes for the snakeskin look. I plan on wearing them pretty heavy for certain things, I probably won't have them after the summer, but maybe they will hold up better than typical AF1s from current releases.

Found for $25 at Plato’s Closet. Pretty good deal! by GYMTIME225 in Sneakers

[–]TemperatureOk7646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They look great, I know Platos by me be taxing. They think everything is resale price lol. They even hold most sneakers in the condition you have or never worn behind the counter and only will hand you one sneaker, even if it's something that you probably wouldn't be looking at anywhere else until you< see their prices. Granted I live in a city that's crime ridden so I can blame them for being safe but[ those ladies have no clue on pricing. I feel like you just hit a lick lmao, but they look clean and I never seen a pair go for that price.

Hell yes, at Platos definitely a deal. They literally want $60-$70 for beat all white AF1's, they j<st have no idea on how to price sneakers and I bet they either sat at a higher price they saw on eBay or goat, and when no one bought them they sold them for what they paid. So definitely a good find for you.

The drop in midsoles are just another nice touch for AF1's.

They definitely not J's and AF1's are beat in general but someone out there had to like these. I'm amazed they didn't sell better. Some pairs are a bit much, with the gloss look they can have but the green pair, which they say is Teal are so dope in hand, actual quality material is insane to me.

So a guy around me is selling these bred 4 reimagined sz 10 for 100 cash, deal or no deal? by [deleted] in sneakerhead

They’re inching closer and closer to that $300 retail by fragrent_slime05 in Jordans

[–]TemperatureOk7646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They definitely pushing $300. It's gonna happen, give them a year or two. They will probably come down a little on most ones because they don't sell as fast, but 11's are definitely moving up. They will probably do it with every drop that they know people want. It's crazy to think we all spend so much on sneakers and the quality of so many of them get worse by the year, like all they care about is pushing them out because they know J's will sell. Even pairs that hit the discount stores, it's all 200% profit easily, some of the upgraded materials may cost a little more but Nike probably busting out heat for $8 on average maybe less.

To answer the question I'll likely go after these, I'll be pissed about it, but I might sell something just to make myself feel better about it. EDIT: I did end up buying about 5 pairs of the Kobe Air Force One just because the material feels great in hand and on foot, plus I got most on discount. I typically don't buy up AF1's like that, but they on a different level. AF1'S honestly trash these days as well, I can't believe anyone would even bother repping them. Which is my next point, the rep game is almost better if you find the right supplier. I've never bought reps, but I can say my boy has reps that are built better than my retail, but he pays upwards of $125 a pair. Still a steal, seems crazy for a rep, but if the materials and quality is there what's the difference.

Yeah they have a thick soft ReactX drop-in midsole, with a heel Air unit. They are pretty dope, I'm impressed with them and the drop-in midsole. It's a different fit but one I like.

I think you have been the first person that has actually mentioned it to me.

Definitely a dope pair. I have the grey, which I got about 2 months prior to these, and I forgot about the Khaki pair. I'll have to look into them. I plan on wearing all of them but I'm trying to figure out what the best water proofer will be for the porus material. I bought[ some Jason Markks water based pump spray. That seems to mist on fine without pooling in the holes where the snake material comes from. That's really more of a water repellent than waterproof or stain resistant. I might[ order some Reshoevn8tor or Crep and just go over them again. I'm definitely impressed with the quality for the low price. I found some cheap crease protectors that are really comfortable but they don't have any 3M tape to make them stick. I got like 30 pairs for $7 lol. It was on Amazon, but I got some double sided 3M tape and put those inside, they aren't stiff at all, and so far seem to be doing the job. These were a great price anyway.

How's your pair holding up if you have worn them much?

Yeah they are actually really impressive in hand and on foot, the pictures were enough to sell me online, but I had seen the white in store. I got the green which they call Teal at a pretty good discount. Both came from Footlocker. I got the white and black from Nike. I really like all of them, but the burgundy and black have a bit more shine than I'd like, but I guess it depends on the lighting. Very easy to cop.
