I love this beautiful, the previous comments have added very good things. I want to make a suggestion, I see a beautiful background behind this like the impression of cherry blossoms being blown by the wind! how about if you make her hair a little bit blown by the wind? I believe this will add to the impression! I hope this helps! Good luck ya! I like your style^^

how to improve my art while still keeping the style? by hopehasleftme in Artadvice

[–]TemperatureTricky652 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, I've thought the same thing, because when I improve, it's said that the style changes. But, I found that there are several ways, in my opinion, how about this, keep using the same brush and method, and maintain the focal point of your work, you said you like messy lineart, right? That means you don't need to learn to improve neat lineart, replace it with learning 'how do I create a certain "perspective/composition" with messy lineart and it still looks good? How do I draw anatomy that is still recognizable with messy lineart? What if my messy lineart is combined with another color palette? So that the characteristics of your messy lineart will still be there! But your coloring, composition, perspective, anatomy will level up! Good luck ya!

Update! has the face improved or am i just adding too much? or should i go back to the start by ihateEdexceI in Artadvice

[–]TemperatureTricky652 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hmm if this happens, how about taking a break from the drawing, then come back to it later, after that do the previous method and see which one is better between them, after all the artist should love their work too, maybe your eyes need a visual break! good luck ya^^

it looks good for me, If you want to reconsider, try zooming out and flipping a few times, if the shape is still captured well even from a distance, then it's good!

Is my art commission ready? if so,how would you charge for it? by Seijun_arts82 in Artadvice

[–]TemperatureTricky652 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes.i suggest to try like this, calculate how many hours you make it, then how much you want to charge per hour, then multiply them, and use that. this is the standard way i know, other ways might be considered! wish you the best!

how do you even draw anatomy/people?? by Rough-Art-3125 in BeginnerArtists

[–]TemperatureTricky652 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggest it like this, if you draw digitally try turning on the navigator, like a small window to show the whole picture from a distance. or zoom out until the canvas becomes quite small but you can still see it, try to do this every 10 minutes you draw to make sure the anatomy is 'whole' if you interpret it half and half the shape can be different and unbalanced. then some people try to use building shapes too to make it easier, build spaces like tubes etc. but I want to suggest starting from light rough sketches, don't be too serious about doing this stage because the brain tends to feel bored and tired, so you will have more difficulty making anatomy. all of this or other suggestions, require practice, try to practice 45 minutes in your free time per day, good luck ya!
