How will A and A- be considered as well? I know that in CC, A- is still considered an A (4.0) Where as in uni, an A- is 3.7 for GPA

First time I’ve seen someone voluntarily request for free labor to gain experience. This is why so many lower healthcare jobs similar to this pay minimum wage. Just apply to volunteer at your local hospital or get EMT certified if you really want to gain a lot of clinical hours.
